Job Description
Field Agriculture Supervisor required a farm at Mirpur Sakro, Thatta.
Qualification: Agriculture studies or related.
Location: Farm-based position (on-site accommodation available)
Responsibilities
Ability to effectively get work done from farm workers (hari).
Train workers on organic and modern farming methods.
Plan and manage vegetable crop production (Hands-on vegetables experience is mandatory).
Monitor irrigation, fertilizers, and crop condition.
Handle pest and disease control (both organic and conventional).
Maintain farm records and basic reporting, inventory & related etc.
Ensure proper use of farm inputs and resources.
Improve crop yield and quality.
Requirements
Hands-on field experience in agriculture, especially vegetables.
Knowledge of organic farming practices.
Experience in vegetable farming is mandatory.
