In this role, you will manage both operators and subcontractors, directing crews to deliver timely services to customers. The ideal candidate must have mechanical knowledge, be a certified Class 3 Hydrovac operator, and possess excellent organizational skills. You need to be adaptable to travel and long hours based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate operations for 10-40 operators and contractors
• Establish customer relations to meet service demands
• Verify and manage time tracking and field tickets
• Conduct necessary inspections and compliance checks
