JOB DESCRIPTION Installation und Betreuung von IT-/TK-Systemen und -Applikationen. Analyse und Beseitigung von Systemfehlern remote und vor Ort - Konfiguration, Wartung und Datensicherung der installierten bzw. betreuten Systeme. Entstörung und Konfiguration von Netzwerkgeräten (Router, Switche, Firewalls, WLAN- Infrastruktur mit Accesspoints)). Beseitigen von Störungen in Data Center / Rechenzentren Sicherstellung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards. Remote Support für Field Support Engineers Level1 und 2 Technische und kaufmännische Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen.
