Final Assembly Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Final Assembly Engineer to join our team in Oulu, Finland. You will be responsible for managing the operations and production processes in the Final Assembly area. You will work closely with product programs globally and locally, evaluating and implementing new manufacturing equipment and machinery solutions. You will also analyze manufacturing problems and execute corrective actions as needed, while influencing product design through the Design for Excellence (DfX) process.

In our Automation and Industrial Engineering team, we apply the latest concepts and technologies to drive innovation and boost productivity and flexibility in our manufacturing network. The role offers a fast-paced environment with a focus on problem-solving and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
