Job Summary: The Finance /Accounts Assistant will support the finance team in day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The role involves processing supplier and customer transactions, maintaining accurate records in the accounting system, assisting in reconciliations, and supporting monthly closing, audits, and ad-hoc finance tasks. Key Responsibilities: Process supplier invoices and assist in vendor payments. Prepare and record accounting entries in the accounting system (SAP). Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks. Issue customer invoices and monitor outstanding balances. Assist in bank and account reconciliations. Support monthly closing activities. Extract and prepare financial reports from SAP. Maintain proper finance documentation and filing. Liaise with internal departments on finance-related matters.
