Finance & Accounts Executive

- Accounts – Prepare full sets of accounts, periodic management accounts, annual financial statements and related reports accurately and timely.
- Accounts Receivable – Manage receivable tasks, check receipts, debit/credit/contra notes, review aging and follow‑up on collections.
- Accounts Payable – Handle payable processes, verify supplier reconciliations, liaise with suppliers, prepare and review payments.
- Cash Flow – Monitor cash on hand and bank balances, forecast cash flow, reconcile bank statements and handle other bank transactions.
- Inventory – Monitor inventory balances, verify during stock takes and report findings.
- Property, Plant & Equipment – Prepare PPE schedule, monitor records and safeguard assets.
- Audit – Prepare statements for external audit, compute taxes, manage audit queries, liaise with auditors.
