Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and align Finance & Accounts operations across all 3 entities.

  • Guide and support finance team leads of the 3 entities to strengthen team capability and delivery.

  • Drive finance process improvement, strengthen check & balance controls and standardize finance practices.

  • Support financial planning, cost control, analysis, and reporting for multi-entity operations.

  • Improve resource optimization and collaboration across entities to support business expansion more efficiently

  • Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA/CIMA/MIA preferred

  • At least 5 years of experience in finance and in a managerial role.

  • Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet businesses is a strong advantage

  • Familiarity with SQL accounting systems
