Energis is currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our clients small finance team based in Newtownabbey.


This role is initially on a contract basis with the opportunity of becoming permanent. There is also an option for hybrid working.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer Invoicing
  • Proof of Delivery ( POD ) management
  • Production of Key Performance indicators and reporting of same
  • Supplier invoice Processing
  • Other Finance / Admin duties as required.
  • Criteria:

  • Previous relevant experience in a Finance / Accounts role
  • Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • A team player.
  • Excellent attention detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Working hours are Monday – Friday 830am – 5pm.
