JOB PURPOSE
The role of the Finance Administrator is to:
è Be responsible for supporting the sales management function.
Processing finance documentation, liaising with customers to obtain required proofs, chasing F&I payout, processing insurance documentation, keeping logs updated, provide cover for the sales admin function

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
è Propose finance agreements for our customers, obtain signatures and ensure payment is received.
è Process insurance documentation in accordance with the rules and regulations set out by our providers.
è Ensure all monies are physically received in respect of manufacturer support bonuses and reconcile these correctly on the DMS.
è Lease with the Sales Management and Sales Executives to keep customers updated, chase required proofs and signatures and deliver a clear customer journey to the sales purchasing process with strong communication and regul...
