Job Description

I'm currently working with a well-established business based in Kingswinford who are looking to bring in an experienced Finance Administrator on a short-term contract to support their busy finance team.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can quickly get up to speed and add value across transactional finance and general admin.
Key Responsibilities
Processing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the purchase ledger function, including supplier payments
Raising and updating purchase orders
Assisting with reconciliations and general finance administration
Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
High-volume data entry and system updates
Providing ad hoc support to the wider finance team
