About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst, Joint Venture Accounting. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Booking of accruals, overhead charges, and misc. expenses
• Analysis, determination and recording in JDE of share of JV Cost
• Preparation/analysis of JV billing statements
• Submit payment request & coordinate with treasury
• Preparation and booking of partner cash call requests/payments
• AFE Analysis and Maintenance

Accounts Reconciliation

• Performs accounts reconciliation of related accounts
• Perform Trace & Escalation procedure for reconciling items

General Administrative Tasks

• Maintain updated process documentation
• Performs roles and responsibilities for assigned coordination role
• Attend meetings
