Responsibilities
Budget Management
- Partner with the DCO, BO, and Finance teams to develop and manage annual OPEX and minor CAPEX budgets for site operations.
- Monitor actual spending against budget and ensure adherence to approved allocations.
- Support budget transfers and bring forward requests to align with operational requirements.
- Prepare and deliver regular budget tracking reports and variance analysis to the Head of Operations.
Forecasting & Investment Support
- Develop and maintain operational cost forecasts (e.g. utilities, maintenance, contracts) to support planning and decision-making.
