Overview

JOB SUMMARY - This role will be crucial in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our food retailing stall. You will be responsible for a wide range of financial and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Financial Management

  • Manage daily cash flow, including receiving payments, making disbursements, and preparing daily sales reports.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare accurate time records and payroll of employees.
