﻿Position Summary
Ceragon Networks is seeking an experienced Controller to own and manage global intercompany (IC) accounting and reconciliations across worldwide subsidiaries. The role is based in Bangalore and operates as part of the HQ finance function, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with US GAAP and internal controls in a public‑company environment.
The position is designed as an HQ controllership role with full ownership of global intercompany accounting, including:
End‑to‑end responsibility for global intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
Direct impact on consolidated US GAAP financial statements
Active involvement in quarter‑end and year‑end close, external audits, and SOX controls
Acting as the primary HQ point of contact for intercompany matters with global subsidiaries
