The Financial Controller will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, compliance oversight, AP/AR supervision, payroll coordination, and financial governance.
The role will involve oversight and review of accounting activities, management reporting, project profitability analysis, ERP financial controls, VAT and corporate tax coordination, and liaison with external auditors and tax consultants.
The role will work closely with management to improve financial visibility, strengthen processes, support operational decision-making, and help scale the finance function as the business continues to grow.
WORK OVERVIEW
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
- Deliver reporting with financial analysis and operational insights
