Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Finance Controller (Reporting & Controls) to support finance operations for three legal entities across multiple manufacturing sites and facilities in Poland. This role provides key financial leadership and ensures compliance with US Corporate standards as well as local statutory requirements. The Finance Controller will closely partner with local business leaders, EMEA finance functions.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Provide key support to Finance Controller II for three legal entities.
Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes in line with US Corporate and Polish statutory guidelines.
Ensure timely and accurate financial results, including preparation and data submission to US Corporate.
Conduct financial statement reviews and reporting for assigned legal entities.
