- Support financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Assist in plant cost tracking and variance analysis (labor, material, overhead).
- Prepare KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Support month-end close.
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams.What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI/SAP/Tableau is a plus.
