Since our formation in 2013, Sheen Lane has delivered over 3,100 residential units and over 140,000 sq ft of commercial space across over 50 mixed use schemes across London and the Southeast, with a combined Gross Development Value in excess of £1.1 billion. The role will have one direct report and lead finance within a wider team of 20 staff and will report to the Director and founder of the business. The group currently manages 15 operating and investment companies, with each new property development held in a unique SPV.
