Job Description

BASIC FUNCTIONS

Overall responsible for Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Budgeting, Internal Control, Compliance with local tax, SEC and other relevant regulations, Compliance with the Philippine Financial Reporting System.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops the budget in collaboration with the President and other key officers of the company.
• Ensures that internal controls are in place, including but not limited to preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, reconciliation of GL and SL, segregation of duties and responsibilities, “maker, checker, officers’ approval” system, others.
