Job Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, taxation, and financial strategy for Teceze’s global business operations.
The role requires a strong understanding of finance operations within IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and technology-driven business environments. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, commercial acumen, process orientation, and the ability to support leadership with strategic financial insights.
This role will work closely with executive leadership, sales, operations, procurement, HR, legal, and global delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Develop business financial models, profitability analysis, and growth projections.
Analyze revenue streams, gross margins, operational costs, and profitability by business unit.
