Role Purpose

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and effective business partnering. The role supports commercial decision‑making and operational performance in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports (MIS), and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and consultants.
