sDevelop and implement SOPs for all factory operation
sMonitor inventory movement from fabric to finished goods, including physical GRN and ERP entrie
sOversee inter-warehouse (WH) movement
sEnsure accurate reporting of business requirements and fulfilment to minimize revenue los
sAnalyse and monitor vendor and production team performanc
eEnsure compliance with statutory requirements for factory operation
sTrack inventory movement of fabric and accessorie
sOptimize costs across all production stages and review factory performance metric
