Role Overview
The Finance Manager leads and manages key finance functions including statutory accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, system implementation, and team supervision. This role is responsible for transitioning external accounting operations in-house, ensuring full BIR compliance, driving ERP system migration, and maintaining strong internal controls across finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Transition and fully manage external accounting and tax filing operations; review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax) in compliance with BIR regulations.
· Substantiate BIR audit requirements to mitigate audit exposure risks and handle external audit inquiries.
