• Financial Governance: Lead the consolidation of financial information for Mexico and Argentina, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards.
• Process Transformation: Audit and restructure existing financial and administrative workflows, moving the department from manual processing to a high-efficiency, automated model.
• Systems Management: Take full ownership of the ERP system (Navision), ensuring data integrity and driving continuous improvement in system utilization.
