Own Sunnystep’s finance operations, reporting, controls, cash flow visibility, and business finance support. This person should turn finance from a reporting function into a management system that helps the company make faster, sharper, and more profitable decisions.

• Own monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, payment cycles, and cash visibility.
• Build budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across retail, ecommerce, inventory, marketing, and operations.
