End-to-end procesverantwoordelijkheid (S2C & P2P)

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige S2C proces en team (Sales-to-Cash / order-to-cash): facturatie, debiteurenbeheer, cash collection, disputes 

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige P2P proces en team (Purchase-to-Pay): inkoop, factuurverwerking, betalingen 

  • Borgen van juistheid, volledigheid en tijdigheid van transacties 

    • Cash & working capital optimalisatie

  • Actief sturen op DSO, overdue balances en cash-in 

  • Optimaliseren van betalingscondities en collection strategie 

  • Signaleren en oplossen van bottlenecks in cash conversion cycle
