Finance Operations Manager

We are building AI agents that work the way humans do - and as we scale across the US and Singapore, we need someone to own the financial operations that keep the company running. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around multi-entity finance, tax, and the operational complexity that comes with a fast-moving startup. What you'll do Manage intercompany transactions between our US and Singapore entities, including transfer pricing documentation and compliance. Own tax operations across both jurisdictions: Singapore GST registration and quarterly filing, US federal and state tax obligations, and coordination with external tax advisors.
