Job Description
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the team or department, which may include activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, financial transactions processing, and financial reporting
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end process
- Will be in charge of BIR reports, transaction and payments for (BIR, SEC, SSS, Philhealth, and Pagibig)
- Abreast in the current bank facilities and technology such as on-line banking and other bank related services
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained and coordination in the completion of annual audits
