Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and review of monthly management accounts.
  • Preparation of annual financial statements.
  • General ledger reconciliations and month-end processing.
  • Tax calculations and submissions (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax).
  • Assisting clients with financial reporting and accounting queries.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and legislation.
  • Liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies where required.
  • Providing financial analysis and recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
  • BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential).
  • Completed SAIPA Articles/Traineeship will be highly advantageous.
  • 35 years' accounting experience within an accounting practice or consulting environment.
