Responsibilities
- Lead annual budget planning and quarterly reforecasting within Engineering and Product Development.
- Monitor and report on budget tracking of clocking hours, headcount, ODC, and overhead expenses.
- Analyze spending trends, highlight risks and variances, and prepare monthly financial governance results for engineering leadership.
- Review and reconcile finance team reports, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
