Lead annual budget planning and quarterly reforecasting within Engineering and Product Development. Monitor and report on budget tracking of clocking hours, headcount, ODC, and overhead expenses. Analyze spending trends, highlight risks and variances, and prepare monthly financial governance results for engineering leadership.
