Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and consolidate critical financial reports, ensuring alignment.
- Develop robust financial models that inform key business decisions.
- Lead the coordination and consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Provide Tier 2 functional maintenance and support for our finance systems (Oracle/EPM).
- Drive continuous process improvements in reporting and planning across business units.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or MIS (CPA preferred)
- At least 3 years of professional finance/accounting experience
- Strong expertise in Financial Modelling and Sensitivity Analysis (Expert proficiency required)
- Proven capacity for critical thinking, systems design, and strong communication skills
