Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Own the month-end close and consolidation across the group
  • Lead Tend’s first external audit end-to-end, compliant with IFRS and public entity standards
  • Manage statutory reporting and tax compliance obligations including R&D tax incentive
  • Oversee payroll, AP, AR, treasury, and transactional accounting
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital across a business with meaningful intra-month cash flow swings
  • Drive more mature and effective use of NetSuite and standardise processes across clinics
  • Support integration of acquired clinics into Tend’s finance and reporting environment
  • Lead and develop a growing finance operations team

    • Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • CA qualified with proven experience leading teams in complex operational environments, ideally multi-site
