Financial Controller

  • Location: Bexleyheath

    • An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Financial Controller to join a fast-growing, multi-site consumer business during a significant phase of expansion. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will take ownership of the finance function, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and insightful analysis to support strategic growth plans.

    Key responsibilities:


  • Leading and developing the finance function and supervising junior finance staff
  • Preparing monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and depreciation journals
  • Managing VAT, audit preparation, statutory accounts, and financial compliance
  • Producing financial analysis, KPIs, and performance reporting to support operational decision-making
