What will you drive?
- Oversee accounting, audits, financial reporting, and compliance with an AI-first approach
- Lead budgeting, MIS, and investor reporting using automation and AI-driven insights
- Identify repetitive finance tasks and automate them using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Build and implement scalable, automated finance workflows
- Support business growth with data-backed financial insights and predictive analysis
- Drive preparation of financials for IPO and consolidated financial statements with enhanced accuracy and efficiency
Who are we looking for?
- CA qualification with 3–7 years post-qualification experience
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to automate finance tasks
- Proven ability to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency through automation
