Job Description
BOA Hotels is an international hospitality group , headquartered in Porto, with properties across the Portugal and Greece. We are hiring a Financial Controller at HQ, part-time or full-time, to own financial reporting, expense control, invoicing and payroll, with the finance-linked administrative work that keeps the group running cleanly.
Finance & Reporting
Prepare internal financial reports — P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow overviews. Process and track rent, revenue share and recurring obligations, manage weekly expenses, organise data for external accountants on tax and official filings, and support annual budgeting and monthly P&L updates.
Payroll & Employee Setup
Run monthly salaries, meal allowances and adjustments. Prepare onboarding and offboarding documents — contracts, NIF / NISS registration, insurance — coordinate with external payroll providers, and keep payroll files and staff record...
