Job Description

Our client is seeking a Financial Officer to join their finance department and manage key administrative and reconciliation functions. The role includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank and petty cash reconciliations, payment processing, record keeping, and maintaining financial controls.

Duties will include

  • Key Accounts & Accounts Receivable: Managing customer accounts by performing reconciliations, processing credit notes and returns, allocating payments, ensuring balances are collected, issuing statements, and assisting with bad debt management.
  • Bank & Payments: Executing monthly bank reconciliations, matching transactions, uploading payments, verifying recipient details, managing new beneficiary documentation, and ensuring compliance with payment request procedures via ClickUp.
