We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to manage day-to-day bookkeeping while supporting financial reporting and performance tracking across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both structured accounting work and Excel-based reporting, and who can help transform financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Operations

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (A/R, A/P, general ledger, reconciliations)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks 
  • Process payroll and ensure accuracy of employee compensation records
  • Manage invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Support tax preparation by maintaining organized financial documentation
