Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prepare the monthly Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flows) of the companies, complete with variance analysis
  • Prepare the Weekly MANCOM Reports Sales and Cost of Sales Reconciliation Report.
  • Assist the Corporate Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly closing schedule of books
  • Maintain accurate records of product and inventory costs
  • Review the bank reconciliation prepared by other Section Supervisors
  • Journalize accruals, non cash transactions, and other adjustments in the books.
  • Maintain the Lapsing Schedule of Fixed Assets
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Business course; BS Accountancy preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required
