Job Description
As a T24 PMO, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex core banking initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence within a financial services environment.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of Core Banking system projects, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and regulatory expectations
- Define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain structured project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Drive project ceremonies and ensure adherence to the selected methodology, whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid, with Scrum Master practices as an advantage
