As the Financial Systems Operations Manager, you will oversee a high-performing team of Financial Systems Analysts dedicated to service excellence. Your responsibilities include managing the health of Spotify’s financial software suite, improving Jira queue performance, and fostering collaboration with Finance and Engineering departments. You will play a key role in driving process improvements and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
