Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tops/Knits Finish Engineer to lead finishing development and bulk execution across knit product categories. This role is responsible for ensuring that all finishes meet required aesthetic, quality, and compliance standards while achieving cost and lead‑time targets. The position plays a critical role in bridging product development and bulk production, ensuring consistency, reproducibility, and first‑time‑right execution. The engineer should be able to handle lab dips and garment dyeing.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage finish development from product development to bulk production, ensuring quality, cost, lead‑time, and execution targets are met.
