Job Description

We are presently recruiting a Construction Finishing Foreman to oversee and manage the finishing phase of construction projects in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring that all finishing work is completed to the highest standards and within the specified timelines.

Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

Overseeing project schedules: Ensure that all finishing work is completed on time and within budget.

Supervising construction workers and subcontractors: Provide guidance and direction to ensure tasks are performed correctly and promptly.
