What you'll do
Support Finnish-speaking customers via phone, chat & email
Handle inquiries from travel, fashion and product-related services
Provide clear, friendly and professional customer support
Work in an international support team
What you need
Fluent Finnish + good English
Already living in Lisbon or nearby
Customer-focused mindset
