Experience: 3-6 Years Industry: HVAC, Controls, Automation & Industrial Cooling Systems Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Controls & Firmware Engineer with strong expertise in CAREL and Schneider Electric controllers, PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial communication protocols. The role involves developing and supporting control solutions for industrial cooling and thermal management products while coordinating with customers, service teams, manufacturing, and cross-functional engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, and maintain application software using CAREL and Schneider Electric controllers. • Hands-on programming using IEC -3 languages, particularly Functional Block Diagram (FBD) and Structured Text (ST). • Design control sequences, safety interlocks, alarm management, and equipment logic. • Develop and configure HMI screens for monitoring, control, alarms, trends, and diagnostics. • Configure and troubleshoot industrial protocols such as M...
