FISHING ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee fishing operations during drilling, completion, or workover activities.
• Retrieve stuck or lost tools, pipe, junk, and other downhole equipment.
• Perform complex operations such as section milling, casing milling, and slot recovery.
• Operate down‑hole tools and fishing equipment at customer job sites.
• Perform complex engineering tasks and projects, often requiring development of new or improved processes or techniques.
• Ensure quality and integrity of all products and services through design validation and strict adherence to engineering and company standards.
• Attend customer sites to overhaul, install, and commission equipment, and troubleshoot faults.
• Dispatch and maintain down‑hole tools and fishing equipment, ensuring they are inspected to relevant standards and fit for purpose.
