- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site data
- Prepare accurate pricing for fit-out, joinery, furniture, and FM projects
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment and completeness of scope
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
- Support Furniture Fitout, Renovation andFM AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) estimation, including manpower, materials, and equipment costing
- Prepare and manage variation orders, final accounts, and cost reports
- Monitor project budgets and highlight any cost deviations
- Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and assessment of project requirements
