Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring they are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintaining quality standards, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and implementing quality control measures.
  • Managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring projects are completed within the allocated budget.
  • Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Preparing project reports, documentation, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Creating BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
  • Create construction vendors tenders to find the best fit for the current project.
