About the Role
We are seeking a talented and people-focused Engagement & Development Specialist to join our dynamic People Services team for a fixed-term period. This is a fantastic opportunity for an L&D or engagement professional who enjoys variety and is motivated by making a visible impact in a short space of time.
In this role, you will be part of the organisation development (OD) function, working closely with key colleagues including the Associate Director, HR, Internal Communications Assistant, Talent Acquisition Manager and OD Administrator. You’ll play an important role in shaping and delivering initiatives that support both workforce capability and colleague experience, helping to define and evolve our approach as we continue to strengthen and modernise our employee experience.
