This role will take responsibility for leading production activities across the manufacturing unit, ensuring productivity, quality, safety and delivery targets are consistently achieved. Working closely with Engineering, Quality and HSEQ teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency while driving continuous improvement and best practice across production.
